It's not really possible patch features like KillAura or Scaffold in LiquidBounce, as they don't send packets that is identical(to other clients), what packets you send depends on your settings, some setting are even legit.

Only for features like Criticals, in some mode it send patch-able packets. However it doesn't really need to look into the source code to get the values like 0.0625 and 1.1E-5. Intercepting the packets should be very easy to patch those thing.

The great value of LB doesn't came from the bypasses(many of them are already patch even before going open source) or default settings, and it indeed has more burden on your mind. How powerful it is basically depends on the user and how devoted the user is. And it is the most configurable and extensible client I have ever seen. Open-source allows users to have a deeper understanding to how it works, so that users could create better settings and help improve the client.
