The reason I wrote that was because just doing gradlew build didn't work for me, if it does work for you then it's my issue.

You can find it at 1.8.9-Forge/build/libs

You have to do gradlew setupDevWorkspace idea genIntellijRuns first.

Plus it's not in 1.8.9-Forge anymore.
