Reading the code for ClickGUI styles, you can see they use "Fonts.font35" for text rendering. Fonts is a class that has multiple styles for fonts, and you can see "font35" is a declaration of "Roboto-Medium.ttf". You can replace the font .ttf in ".minecraft\LiquidBounce-1.8\fonts" with the font you want.
