Have you tried running the stable version v0.1.4 first? Secondly, it seems the extraction of MCEF fails on your system. I am not very familiar with this type of error
Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\mattt\AppData\Roaming\CCBlueX\LiquidLauncher\data\gameDir\nextgen\LiquidBounce\mcef\libraries.\windows_amd64\v8_context_snapshot.bin (The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open)

This can have different reasons, such as your AV might be blocking or deleting certain files or the download fails(?). It also might be caused by another tool active on this folder when looking up the error I have found a few posts:

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1302698/system-io-exception-error-the-requested-operation-cannot-be-performed-on-a-fil

My guess NOW is that, you still had the client open earlier, closed it (sometimes JCEF keeps running in the background) and then tried to update the client to another version. This caused the error.
If my guess is right you should be able to simply restart your computer and try running it again.
