I manage the MyBKExperience survey platform at https://mybkexperience.vip, making sure Burger King gets all the feedback it needs to keep customers happy. I love figuring out what people think and how we can make their dining experience even better. It's all about connecting Burger King with its fans and making sure every voice is heard. It's pretty cool to see how a simple survey can lead to big changes in the menu and service. Plus, I get to work with a bunch of people who are as passionate about burgers and customer satisfaction as I am!
