when i am editing liquid source code and all that shit, it dosent save it like i click on save and all that but all files dont come with it ( i dont have ss rn ) but do anyone know what to do

on other clients/normal mc i get 1000-2000 fps but on liquidbounce i get 80-100 anyone know how to fix? i even tried to take esp and nametags and chestesp off but it doesent help
