Scaffold updates x4. Fixes Type T flags. Scaffold settings are still in the works, so the chances of you falling while using it are a bit high when sprinting.

Long answer: I would, but there's something corrupt that is making Matrix flag current LB's scaffold. However I've fixed it, but it's in a new scaffold that I made along with 2 other people which isn't going to be on the PR section anytime soon.

@rafay tbh I don't think Tower flags for Type R, because I tested it today on test.matrix.rip. Kinda weird because Tower has the same block checking method as the old Scaffold which flags for Type R, if I'm not wrong.
