Removing the click sound when toggling hacks

How do you do it? I found out that turning down "Blocks" in "Music and Sounds" in Options removes it, but it also (of course) turns off the sounds of actual blocks.

it will remove these sounds from the game. Which should remove the toggle and bind sounds.

It happens to work if I disable the GUI sound in DynamicSurroundings (a forge mod I happen to have installed) but ONLY in 1.12 for some reason, not in 1.8...

I hope someone can find a solution to this.

I hate that sound sometimes. when you're clicking through the gui a lot youll hear tons of those clicks I wish they would add their own milder clicking sound like Sigma does
