A (requesting) guide for new users

Since no one readed the topic that @Aftery made
praise mr. aftery btwBefore asking for something, make sure it's:
- Possible to do
- Won't take years to make
- Not on the client already
And before making a topic, make sure to:
- Use common sense
- Speak proper English
- Search the thing you want on the forum if it already exists
- Search on Google to solve your compiling LB issue
And don't forget to elaborate.
