Dont use Loyisa for Matrix Scaffold configs!

In other words, loyisa has the premium edition of Matrix, meanwhile test.matrix.rip has the enterprise edition which means extra scaffold flags. Jartex/Pika also has the enterprise edition.

Found out that for some reason, latest crossversion b73 and old visionfx's b73 bypass just as well in scaffold.
