How do you damage yourself?

Im trying to create a damage fly for hycraft but idk how to damage myself also I just started making scripts like 2 days ago so don't judge

You can either get damage from items or from falling.

You can recreate falling by sending packets above and then sending to your position.

To import movement utils just use this.
