Actually there is one, but it's not a script. It is, or shall I say was an upcoming module made by IdkWhoMe but the pull request got rejected because it was lacking cross version utils.

Bypassing properly implemented Anti-XRay plugins shouldn't be possible. They just don't send information about ores that can't be seen to the client.

Wrong, they don't spoof ores that have at least an air block next to them (same logic as Fucker thruwalls surroundings)
