I cant do anything help

So i activated Tower and made some settings for it then when i tried it i couldnt do anything. Now when i go onto a server or single player i can look around but im freezed and cant do anything

@shizvne find some blocks and try again(you just have no block and try to use tower)
if you can't move or breaking blocks
find 'tower' in modules.json and change the state to false(need restart) then type in '.tower timer 1.0'

@shizvne Please set timer higher than 0, like 0.1 or something. Timer value at 0 freezes the game.
