There are times when people necropost but you can ACTUALLY understand that they REALLY want to know what has happened/been fixed etc regarding a specific topic, then yeah, no actions should be taken against that since you can see that the person wants to have updates regarding an issue.
And there's a difference between posting something that is almost useless ALONG with necroposting and we all know who does that and that guy who did that would clearly never stop doing that, but let's just forget about it since no rule was present regarding necroposting DURING the necroposting days so yeah.
