Steps in order

1. Go to liquidbounce.net
   
2. Click download.
   
3. Click manual download or github builds.
   
   
4. Go into .minecraft folder and put it in the mods folder ( if you dont already have it download forge 1.8.9 and run it.)
5. Run minecraft
6. Profit
