Saisonales essen november : We get up every morning because we believe in healthy, regional, and seasonal products. Our food is, above all, for you. Trust, responsibility, community, an eye for the future, inventiveness, and, above all, love for the product—we believe that all of these belong together in order to be able to provide people with better care and be in harmony with the environment. We are therefore guided by clear values and have been doing well for years.
Our farm in Holtensen has been in our family for five generations. Cornelia, Christoph, Ruben, and Johannes are currently looking after the business. Growing up among strawberries and beets, we feel firmly rooted in the land and its people. Our agriculture is therefore more than field work. For us, it means that we pass on valuable things to others.
