      Idk how to explain it, you can understand that keeprotationlength is the time (probably ticks) that you stay in the rotation that is facing to the block

            From the looks of it, head's moving i think faster when on 0 KeepRotationLength rather than 20, not sure, that's all i can see from playing with that setting

              Its the Time in Ticks the head stays in the last rotation (if you stand still for example). Only active if KeepRotation is off
