open the build.gradle in the forge 1.8.9 folder
goto line 83
and change these lines

from this:

this one schould work
just put it in the forge-1.8.9 folder and try again

@miky08p if it work before thealtening error, you can just dowbload then replace to 1.8.9-Forge and you finished
