AtAllProvider

I wanted to know if it was possible to edit AtAllProvider so that it makes the messages the same as the spammer, which in this case would be * message <asdwx> * a message and then a random message. If it is possible for someone to do this I will be very happy

A brief example of what it would look like
(command) /tell @a Hey!
(message) /tell all members from server Hey! <a random message for each message>
I really wanted this because of having a server that doesn't let you repeat the sentence, and with that it would help even more to repeat the sentence without having to change it every time -
