Vulcan Anti-cheat bypass

I know this was already asked about, but the thread seemed to take hard left turn and lost its focus.

Wondering if a server agnostic anti-cheat for Vulcan is something anyone could work up. I know its kind of a niche anti-cheat solution, but its really not that lowbrow of an anti-cheat solution, and is ran on more servers than I think most people assume.
