Can we create a client now?

Now that we already have two aggressive clients, could we possibly develop another one? A ghost client, perhaps? Would that be feasible? Specifically designed for PVP players, it could be either injective or modular. Given the strong teams within our community, I think this is achievable. I hope everyone can join in on the discussion.
