It is fully possible. I know an exploit in matrix movement checks.
First of all, you should enable NoFall mode NoGround at the end of island, then jump into the void, then respawn and press space two times. Now you can use LongJump mode NCP, NCPBoost 42 as fly

there is another exploit to disable movement checks, but it is too hard, so i wont say this method. (modifying liquidbounce's src)

It works on certain configs of matrix, 1.9+

can confirm 100% that this will disable all matrix checks on some servers, only some.

you can disable the matrix speed checks to a certain extent
