@LoveDucks no, that should not be possible. Servers could only block all Forge Users in which case enabling AntiForge might help, or a server could choose to block all mods that fix a vanilla bug which allowed servers to check if files exist on a Users pc.
Both things are unlikely. The first, as forge blocks are very rare, and the second, as many other mods, like LabyMod, also fix this bug.

I suggest you to not cheat with your main account. There can be still a chance that you will be banned by a Staff member on the server.
