Jartex config update

so... jartex updated their ac config and now strafe, fly(By faatpotato), fastuse(you can still use custom delay so meh) and bunch of other stuff is patched
But... jartex disabled their inventory cleaner, autoarmour and other items check.
Jump scaffolds with sprint some how still work but sadly you can't strafe

Also you can still do anything in the lobby uwu
