3. after the owner did so, wait a few minutes (mainly 15 or 30)
4. you can see that all plugins (or some) are broken, only a restart on the server can fix it

If you are a server owner, don't use the original "anticheat" and anticheat+ or minesecure, get a paid one (excluding Spartan and Matrix), or use ACR and NCP
