that's a memory leak, what version of OptiFine are you using?

The issue is with LiquidBounce's CapeManager, I can make a LB version without the cape manager

@nicolas-weippl Unfortunately no, I don't have the time, and I couldn't make it 2 months ago because I forgot about it (due to the stuff I had to do) also I'm inactive on this forum but since you wanted to ask, I replied.
