Server Freezes.

When ever I join games on some servers, like skywars for example, the server just freezes. All players freeze, all interactions freeze. The only thing I can do is move around, place blocks, and nothing else. I can still do /hub, and message myself from a vanilla client. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? It's not my internet as I used a VPN to get around bans (garbage anticheat noantivpn server) It doesn't happen for anyone else. Using Vanilla fixes it. If it helps, the IP is mc.hycraft.us

@ali00035 it happens on all servers when i get banned/kicked but different things happen like my game crashing whenever i get banned
