use pingspoof 1400-1700 and bind blink and fly to same key
fly: rewinside
blink: pulse and pulse delay 150

boom
wait till u have like 1700 ping and u can fly for like 60-80 blocks on spartan (i tested on eu.loyisa.cn)

edit: patched now cuz they updated ping spoof (even to the point it false flags cuz i have 200ping and it thinks my 200ping is pingspoofing)
