Are you talking about Minecraft accounts?
You can login to a Minecraft account by pressing the AltManager button in the main menu and either using Direct login to directly login to your account or Add account to add it to your list of accounts.

@juli Are you using a Microsoft account to login? They aren't currently supported by our alt manager.

@atomixnotfound Currently LiquidBounce (legacy) only supports classic Mojang accounts, and not TLauncher or Microsoft. I'm not sure if nextgen supports it, but I hope it will.
