lunar store ban appeal

so basically i got banned from the hypixel server for 1 day due to my name i made a ban appeal they declined at first and then after that they reconsidered and unbanned me i didnt look at my mail that they unbanned me so i went 14 days without playing hypixel after i got on i had cosmetics that i got gifted before the ban and this specific person put it on the wrong card when gifting me so they contacted the bank for a charge back so my cosmetics were taken away i checked why and lunar stated that i charged back when it wasnt clearly me i contacted them my ticket keeps getting closed and i cant do anything about it i need to talk to staff or something directly myself i dont deserve to be banned since i wasnt the one charging back and i got permanently banned of the lunar store if anyone can help please let me know.
