Will a college education of programming be enough to become a "cheat-creater"? Now I'm studying in an university but I will be mechanical engineer so level of programming is absolutely not enough for the task.
    P. S. All mistakes are made because of my not perfect English, I beg your pardon

Depends on what you learned there. If you are capable of programming in a language well enough, it only depends on the game.

For Minecraft it would be best to know Java, from there you can start learning how to create "mods" with MCP, Forge or Fabric. This will introduce you how the code of Minecraft works and allows you to start your "cheat-creator" journey. A college education will not make you a good cheat creator, it will only make it easier for you to understand the concepts.

@Should-I-do i'd argue making minecraft cheats is less about programming and more about trial and error
