Not really. Visual cheats cannot be detected by any Anti-Cheat and is not visible to spectators, but they might spectate and watch how you behave (similiar to what we know from CS:GO or any other games). But cmon, this is Minecraft. No one cares if you use ESP or what ever.

@DoktorWither It's near impossible (if not literally impossible) to get banned on Hypixel with visuals like Arraylist and TargetHUD, though ESPs might be detected in the very long-term.
