Help OS error

Hello. I am having trouble with getting into Liquidbounce. It keeps saying access denied OS error 5. I tried switching everything to the earlist version of liquidbounce but it did not work. help!
@ARG902 Please show screenshot of the error.
Try using "Clear data", this will clear all data and might resolve your issue.
and make sure you use the default data location and default JRE.

I cant open the launcher why?? i also tried older versions.. Even id i run it admin.. It isnt opening up..
