Nightly builds not working on the website

I need 1.16 or 1.17 versions of minecraft for my texture packs to work, so I can't just use viafabric and play with 1.20.4. I tried downloading nightly builds from website, but the button just refreshes the website and doesn't show the available versions. I also tried to download the correct version from liquidbounce launcher, but only commits until 2022 can't be downloaded because of an error.

Nextgen is for 1.20.4 only. Use ViaFabricPlus and get updated resource packs(???).
