disable anti chat report?

i cant send messages on some servers, including 1.21.4 gamemodes on larger servers such as hypixel (smp for example). its that stuff about "unsigned" messages, which after looking it up has to do smth with if youre messages can be reported or not. apparently liquid bounce has an antireport integrated? if so can you turn it off somehow? cuz it is incredibly annoying and bothersome.

it is a mod called No Chat Reports and you can turn it off in the LiquidLauncher.
