X-Ray shows all non-solid blocks or transparent blocks

I disabled every block in my x-ray and I can still see slabs, fences, cobblestone walls, glass, glass panes, grass/ferns, etc. (basically all blocks that are see through).
I was wondering if this can be fixed because other xray mods don't have this issue.
I know that entities are a different problem all-together so it's fine to keep them. -
