nextgen velocity config doesn't work correctly

It is a display bug: https://github.com/CCBlueX/LiquidBounce/issues/1955
You can simply close the settings of Velocity once and open it again, then it will show correctly. I will implement a fix on v0.1.4 (hopefully). -

@EclipsesDev Click Velocity Mode ExemptGrim117, then click Dexland , then Modify , you'll see other Mode's config in Modify Mode's page.
Just like this.
Then click ExemptGrim117 and Modify Mode, it turns to be correct.
And i don't know why Strafe Mode Velocity sometimes doesn't work without Strafe module in Movements enabled.
