Toggle for Perfectly timed hits

I don't know if this is some module that I just didn't disable but whenever I try to spam hit a player with my sword it automatically waits for the hit delay to deal maximum damage, the problem is with stuff like axes since people use shields and I am not able to disable them due to the axe having a long ass delay.
