When I turn on Liquid bounce Nextgen, the computer goes up to 85 degrees. Is there any way to prevent this?

well tbh nextgen is quite demanding on device performance, so maybe u could lower/limit your fps or you can try optimizing your laptop settings.

It is normal for your laptop to get warm when you play a game. As long it does not thermal throttle, then you should consider checking your cooling on your laptop. This is a hardware issue with your laptop at most.
Limiting your FPS will help and keep your Laptop from trying to run the game as fast as possible and cause it to overheat.
