not able to add any proxies to proxylist at all

so i was trying to add socks4 proxies and when i click add it just keeps spinning and when i click add all from clipboard it doesnt do anything i have tried with socks5 aswell

SOCKS4 is not supported. And clipboard is probably not the correct format, just type in the SOCKS5 manually. Also make sure the proxy supports Minecraft which is usually not the case with free proxies or even most paid proxy provider.
