To prevent having our users visit sites that can be filled with fake download buttons and to generally make it much easier to download scripts, you are not allowed to use 3rd-party sites like Mediafire, Mega, etc. as a way for users to download your script.
What you should do instead, is directly uploading the script to the forums using the button on the far right of the toolbar that's shown above when you write a post:
