Because we are in germany and very few people are allowed to own weapons, Marco was propably not swatted. Propably there were justt some policemen in the morning telling him that the prosecutor allowed them to take his hardware as evidence.

@LolMC Swatting would mean that the SWAT (In German SEK) comes to arrest you. This is only done when you are dangerous
