@Systemless I also feel like you should make it even if a user does have 1 reputation or more there account still needs to exits for more then say 3 days to be able to post message without having to be manually checked

@q-w-q-cutiehacks He says that this is a bug that only happens in the development version of b73 and the bug won't appear in the released version of b73.

@melih_gmc2 yes , the code would not work for me so i fixed it
