Seems to be a problem with via version 🙂

Try disabling Windows Smart Screen and repeat (repeat as often as you can). It is a known issue with Windows 10 and we are working on trying to figure out the issue.

Change protocol version using ViaFabricPlus.
Also next time, you should at least tell which server.
